Job Title: Project Management Digital Solutions Delivery

Position Overview:

Management Solutions is seeking a client-facing Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital solutions for government and commercial clients.

You will work with client leaders, business analysts, developers, and data professionals to deliver solutions that improve workflows, automate processes, strengthen reporting, and support better decision-making. Our team primarily works with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and related technologies.

This role is ideal for a project manager who can bring structure to complex initiatives, communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, and guide solutions from discovery through deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital solution projects from planning through implementation, testing, launch, and transition.

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and client expectations.

• Translate business needs and technical requirements into clear delivery plans and priorities.

• Coordinate developers, analysts, designers, vendors, and client stakeholders.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, project meetings, solution demonstrations, and executive briefings.

• Support delivery of workflow automation, business applications, dashboards, reporting, collaboration sites, and document management solutions.

• Identify delivery barriers, drive decisions, and keep teams focused on client outcomes.

• Contribute to delivery methods, proposals, lessons learned, and team development.

• Engagement & Delivery Management

• Serve as the internal project manager and delivery lead for assigned consulting engagements.

• Develop and maintain internal project plans, staffing forecasts, and resource assignments.

• Manage project revenue and margin goals by proactively identifying risks, balancing resources, and controlling scope.

• Partner with program managers to identify contract changes, manage scope evolution, and support change orders when appropriate.

• Escalate project risks and issues early while recommending mitigation strategies and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:

• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one based on prior federal work experience.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Five or more years of experience managing digital, technology, or business application projects.

• Experience leading client-facing projects from discovery through implementation.

• Strong project management skills across scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and deliverables.

• Ability to coordinate technical and business teams and communicate with executive and operational stakeholders.

• Strong facilitation, organization, problem-solving, and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, or Teams.

• Workflow automation, request management, reporting, collaboration, or document management solutions.

• Consulting, professional services, federal government, defense, or regulated environments.

• Agile delivery, Azure DevOps, user stories, testing, release management, or change management.

• PMP or other relevant project management, Agile, or Microsoft certifications

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.

Working Conditions: This position is primarily performed in an office environment or a home office setting. Employees will be required to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.
