What You'll Do- Lead multiple strategic projects and transformational initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a relentless focus on outcomes.
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to define objectives, align stakeholders, remove barriers, and drive execution.
- Bring clarity and structure to complex, evolving initiatives and rapidly changing business needs.
- Build strong working relationships across departments, fostering collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership of results.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, developing practical solutions that keep initiatives moving forward.

The expertise you bring- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience required
- At least 10 years of IT, Insurance and/or project management experience. Project Management professional certification desirable, but not required
- Prior management, supervisory or team leader experience helpful
Our salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience and skillset of the candidate. The following ranges displayed reflect the target base salary for new hires; however, your recruiter will provide more specific compensation details during the hiring process. The typical base salary range for this position is: $108,000 - $143,000, based on the factors aforementioned. For candidates located in San Francisco, CA; Washington DC; our Massachusetts based offices and the New York City metro area, the base salary range is $125,000 - $147,000. In addition to base salary, full time Intact employees are also eligible for bonus potential and a full range of benefits to include but not limited to:
