This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. With data fusion and mission management capabilities for the Department of Defense, the combatant commands and the intelligence community, HII advances the mission around the globe.

Who We Are

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a skilled Project Management Analyst to support our government contracting operations through effective project tracking, financial analysis, and operational coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at organizing complex workflows and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
  • Assist in developing contract required products to include technical directions plans, rough order of magnitude pricing and management of the risk register


What We Are Looking For

  • 6 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's in related field; 4 years of relevant experience with a master's in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years of relevant experience
  • Over 4 years of experience supporting complex technical projects and or programs within the Department of Defense (DOD)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management software
  • Strong organization and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with a functionally diverse team
  • Strong working knowledge of DOD project management standards, risk management practices and compliance requirements
  • Active Top Secret Clearance


Preferred: Bonus Points For...

  • Project Management Professional or other project management certification
  • Familiarity with DOD-specific project management methodologies, process and reporting tools such as MS Projects
