Full Job Description
Position: Project Leader - Denver/Chicago, USA

Activities

In this role, you will:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous vehicle deployment projects across North America (planning, execution, rollout, and optimization)
• Oversee the full portfolio of autonomous vehicle deployment projects across the region
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers across the region
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project challenges and strategic decision-making
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales, customer success) to ensure aligned execution
• Define, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes and project frameworks
• Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, partners, and internal leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high quality standards
• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes
• Support commercial initiatives by aligning project delivery with customer needs and sales objectives
• Contribute to scaling TractEasy's operations by standardizing best practices and enabling repeatable deployments

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or related roles in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
• Proven experience leading teams, coordinating project managers and managing complex, cross-functional project portfolios
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning technical and business teams
• Experience implementing scalable processes and operational best practices in growing organizations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured, hands-on approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in dynamic, high-growth environments
• Familiarity with autonomous mobility, robotics, aviation, or industrial environments is a strong advantage

Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders
• Strong sense of people leadership and being a culture carrier
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environments
• Able to work independently, self-starter with strong capability to interact and work in a multinational environment

Language Skills
• Strong communication skills in English (any other language is a plus), both written and verbal
