The Operations Project Leader is integral to the design, implementation and performance of operational processes and strategies that empower our field teams to provide extraordinary, remarkable and amazing experiences to our internal and external customers. This role requires a creative yet analytical mind, strong business acumen and an ability to simplify. Their core responsibilities are to elevate business operations, drive sustainable strategies and educate our teams in order to remove obstacles and drive results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, develop and inspire our field teams to deliver excellence in field operations
  • Partner with field teams to identify operational gaps, efficiencies, and opportunities for education
  • Identify, recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements
  • Build and maintain tools for assessment of field operations as well as create and provide timely and meaningful reporting to identify opportunities
  • Support field locations on an ongoing basis with operational issues as well as coaching and training of leaders
  • Write and review communication and develop education for field teams
  • Understand intracompany inventory relationships and inventory flows between systems / locations
  • Provide leadership across inventory, visual, and operational functions
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional business partners, including Accounting, Engineering (IT), Finance, Gallery, Hospitality, Outlet, Visual, Inventory Control, Merchandising, Safety and Asset Protection teams

REQUIREMENTS

  • Establish and foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Creative problem solving and innovative approaches to simplify complex problems
  • Ability to audit and assess overall effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary
  • Visit RH locations to garner feedback from field teams as well as observe and test solutions in real-time

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience in luxury retail or operations role preferred
  • Proficient with Mac Operating System, Google Applications and Microsoft Office; including Google Sheets and Excel
  • Experience with Canva is a plus
