What We're Looking For:TSTC is looking for a seasoned project lead with depth of knowledge in security engineering and governance technical domains. We need someone who is self-motivated, able to manage a geographically dispersed team of highly technical security engineers, and who loves problem solving. The ideal candidate combines project reporting and management with domain knowledge and is comfortable reporting to senior leadership.
TSTC is looking for candidates for this Key Personnel position that meet or exceed the stated requirements; are excited to join our team and willing to sign a binding letter of commitment; and can start 2 to 3 weeks after notification of contract award.
Basic Qualifications/Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of related security compliance experience
- Must have a CISSP or a CISM
- Provide guidance, management, and leadership for the following:
- Maintenance of Authority to Operate (ATO) for IT Systems
- Identification of IT Systems Current Security Postures,
- Identification of the potential risk of future programs, designs and implementations of future programs related to the deployment of IT Systems,
- Research, design, and engineer solutions to security requirements, and
- Alternative analysis and recommendations
- Document and submit status reports and invoice data
- Review documentation deliverables for accuracy and correctness prior to final submission
- Interface with and report up to government and TSTC senior leadership
- Review and ensure security compliance deliverables are accurate and correct
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Work independently, proactively identify and complete tasks
- Must have excellent English verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs
Security Clearance and Where You'll Work- Candidate must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation required to obtain a Government suitability determination.
- Work will be performed in Annapolis Junction, Maryland or Colorado Springs, Colorado
- This is a hybrid role with 4 days of work on site each week.
- Travel 4-5 times per year for weeklong assignments.
$155,000 - $170,000 a year
