Project Lead

Location: Washington, DC

Contract Status

Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is currently in the final stages of proposal submission for a Federal Government contract supporting the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). This position is contingent upon contract award and successful contract funding. Candidates may be interviewed and considered prior to award; however, any employment offer and start date are dependent upon contract award and successful completion of any required government screening processes.

Position Overview

Prime Response, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee a federal logistics and asset management support program supporting the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The Project Lead will be responsible for leading daily operations, overseeing contract performance, managing personnel, maintaining service quality, and serving as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee contract operations supporting logistics, asset management, office supplies, parking operations, shipping, transit support, fleet support, and related service functions.
  • Manage project schedules, contract deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractor personnel across multiple service areas.
  • Identify risks, issues, and performance concerns and develop corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain project management documentation including:

    • Escalation Plans
    • Communication Plans
    • Quality Control Plans
    • Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP)
  • Conduct weekly status reviews and communicate program updates to Government stakeholders.
  • Support transition-in activities and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, federal regulations, and agency policies.


Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience managing complex logistics or operational support programs.
  • Experience leading teams supporting multiple service functions.
  • Experience managing project schedules, performance metrics, and quality assurance activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated customer service and stakeholder engagement experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Federal government contracting experience.
  • Experience supporting logistics, facilities, warehouse, transportation, or asset management operations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed operations.
Security Requirements

Must be able to successfully complete and maintain a favorable federal suitability determination and meet all FTC personnel security requirements.
