Responsibilities:

  • Lead web development projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within allocated hours.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define website goals, appearance, and functionality.

  • Work closely with business analysts and clients during requirements gathering and documentation.

  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, change orders, and approvals.

  • Provide clients with project updates, demonstrations, and final assessments of deliverables.

  • Support client relationships and manage post‑launch requests for additional work.

  • Plan, host, and facilitate requirement and review meetings with customers.

  • Ensure project progress is accurately updated in Jira and project statuses are current in both Jira and Workamajig.

  • Perform final quality assessments in TEST/UAT to confirm all requirements are met.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with defect management.

  • Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts during requirements gathering and sprint planning, keeping the Web Lead informed on project status.

  • Guide projects through all phases—from planning to delivery—while identifying risks and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Facilitate Agile (SAFe) ceremonies including iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and team syncs.

  • Lead stakeholder demonstrations and document iteration results.

  • Serve as the bridge between development teams, business analysts, and the Web Lead to ensure alignment and project success.

  • Monitor the MSC sick line and communicate team availability to the Web Team, as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI POLY clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of related project experience, preferably with a federal government contractor

  • Solid understanding of web design, development, and project integration

  • Hands‑on experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Project, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Desired

  • PMP certification

  • Experience with Jira and Workamajig experience

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
