$140,000-$160,000 Base + Annual Bonus + ESOP
I'm partnering with a well-established,
100% employee-owned commercial general contractor that is looking to add an experienced
Project Executive to its leadership team.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple large commercial projects while providing executive-level guidance to Project Managers, developing client relationships and helping drive continued business growth.

What You'll Do
- Provide executive oversight on multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Mentor and support Project Managers while helping ensure project success across schedule, budget and quality.
- Partner with executive leadership on project strategy, risk management and operational planning.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, architects, engineers and key clients.
- Participate in business development efforts and help secure future work.
- Lead contract strategy, financial oversight, forecasting, WIP reviews and overall project performance.
- Identify project risks early and develop solutions that protect both the client and company.
- Support preconstruction efforts, project pursuits and major client presentations.
- Foster a collaborative culture while developing the next generation of project leadership.
What They're Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor.
- Previous experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven success managing large commercial projects valued between $10M and $75M+.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring Project Managers and project teams.
- Demonstrated business development and client relationship experience.
- Excellent financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and WIP.
- Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, procurement and construction operations.
- Experience with Procore, Sage Timberline, MS Office and MS Project preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
