As a Project Executive at The Boldt Company, you will lead the successful delivery of complex, high impact projects across the country while driving strategy from pursuit through execution. Acting as the face of Boldt, you will build strong partnerships with owners, design teams, and trade partners while shaping winning approaches, guiding preconstruction efforts, and ensuring every project is positioned for success. This role combines leadership, business development, and operational excellence, giving you the opportunity to directly influence project outcomes and expand Boldt's presence in key markets.
You will champion high performing teams, foster a culture rooted in collaboration and Lean principles, and deliver results across safety, schedule, cost, and quality. From mentoring talent and strengthening client relationships to overseeing financial performance and advancing innovative delivery methods, you will play a critical role in driving both project success and long term growth. With a focus on continuous improvement and community impact, this position offers a dynamic path for leaders ready to elevate both people and projects.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $208,000.00-$283,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
  • Four-year engineering degree, preferably in construction management. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 15 years or more of experience in similar construction and related functions.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships, drive strategy, and influence stakeholders through strong presentation and leadership skills.
  • A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
Nice to Have
  • Experience developing business in healthcare or other highly regulated markets.
  • Established network of architects, engineers, and industry partners in Northern California.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulatory environments such as HCAI.
  • Experience leading proposals, interviews, and using CRM tools for pipeline tracking.
