Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in people management
• Extensive knowledge of systems design, including HVAC and plumbing
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for all corporate levels
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven team management
• Ability to articulate effectively in public speaking scenarios
• Proficient in CADD, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project teams or large-scale projects
• Act as primary contact for project teams
• Provide project status updates to clients and leadership
• Maintain and nurture client relationships while seeking revenue opportunities
• Develop and execute project strategies
• Oversee budget reports and financial projections for projects
• Delegate tasks and mentor project team members, providing coaching as needed
