What You Bring
- Four-year engineering degree (construction management preferred) or equivalent combined education and experience.
- Advanced management or technical training preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex construction projects, ideally in heavy industrial or related markets.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, lead teams, and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365.
- Valid driver's license: role may require travel and participation in vehicle programs (subject to MVR review).
Compensation
Target Hiring Range: $143,000 - $192,000annually
Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $143,000 - $192,000annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.
