Lead a national grocery retailer's store reinvestment and construction portfolio.
As a strategic partner embedded with one of the nation's leading grocery brands, you'll oversee multi-site capital programs, store remodels, and optimization initiatives across the U.S. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership while leading project teams responsible for planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery.
Location: Remote based, with 30% to 40% travel to client meetings and project sites nationwide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead multi-site retail and grocery construction programs from planning through execution
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to establish program strategy, budgets, schedules, and priorities
- Oversee financial performance, forecasting, contract administration, and risk management
- Manage and develop project teams while driving accountability and execution excellence
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Identify opportunities to improve program performance and expand client partnerships
Qualifications: - 15+ years of construction, program management, or project leadership experience
- Proven success leading large-scale, multi-site retail, grocery, big-box, fuel/convenience, or similar construction programs
- Experience managing project portfolios, budgets, forecasting, and contract negotiations
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Pay & Benefits: The anticipated compensation range for the position is $130,000 - $160,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
