Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or relevant experience
• Minimum 12 years' industry experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Advanced knowledge of systems design (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and engineering aspects
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven team management experience
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills
• Proficient in CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage large project teams or multiple small projects effectively
• Deliver project status updates to clients and leadership
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to identify revenue opportunities
• Develop and execute strategic plans for projects
• Oversee budget reports, cost management, and revenue forecasting
• Participate in cross-departmental project meetings
• Delegate tasks and mentor project teams, providing coaching as needed
