Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Manufacturing Engineers and support staff
  • Coordinate daily job assignments and make adjustments to Statements of Work
  • Review and approve team outputs before submission to customers
  • Monitor project progress and report regularly to Statement of Work owners
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers and project stakeholders
  • Track project performance metrics and generate status reports
  • Address overdue deliveries and resolve issues promptly
  • Propose cost-saving measures and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and ITAR requirements

Full Job Description
Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers and support staff. Develop and maintain strong lines of communication with customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Successfully manage multiple tasks across several different job locations.
  • Organize daily delegation of job assignments, provide quotes and adjustments to Statements of Work
  • Review and approve work completed by team prior to submitting it to our P&W customer.
  • Oversee and monitor progress for Statements of Work, and report status to SoW owners.
  • Conduct on-going communication with customer(s) and project stakeholders.
  • Track project metrics, and prepare status reports
  • Manage and address overdue deliveries and escapes
  • Introduce cost savings proposals and collaborate on initiatives regarding continuous improvement
  • Ensure export / ITAR compliance in respect to project deliverables
  • Support of other processes, as needed, including analysis and reporting

Experience/ Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree (preferably Engineering) or four to seven years of relevant experience.
  • Must be US Person
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
