Could you be the full-time onsite Project Engineering Manager in Toronto, ON, CA we're looking for? Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and resilient teammates. You'll lead the deployment of advanced rail signaling solutions, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and performance commitments are met. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (design, verification & validation, and project management), manage technical risks and customer requirements, functionally lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, and much more." We'll look to you for: • Managing the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring customer acceptance of the project solution. , • Validating technical design choices in collaboration with peers and the Solution Director. , • Managing the project's technical risks and implementing effective mitigation plans. , • Ensuring all technical requirements of the contract are addressed throughout the project lifecycle, with the involvement of all stakeholders and necessary experts. , • Acting as the chairperson of the Project Change Control Board (CCB) to oversee project modifications. , • Supervising Verification & Validation activities to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
