Job DescriptionPurposeProvides technical coordination and construction execution support.
Responsibilities- Manage RFIs.
- Coordinate technical correspondence.
- Manage drawing revisions and field changes.
- Coordinate technical reviews and document control.
- Manage submittals and work packages.
- Support turnover documentation and project closeout.
- Track action items and technical commitments.
- Facilitate engineering support to construction activities.
- Coordinate and direct Construction Engineer activities.
Craft Safety Responsibilities- Incorporate safety requirements into work packages.
- Participate in constructability reviews.
- Evaluate design and field changes for safety impacts.
- Participate in planning meetings and pre-task planning.
- Participate in HIT Walks during planning and execution phases.
- Incorporate HIT Walk findings into work packages and execution plans.
- Ensure technical documents support safe means and methods.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirement:- 10 years' experience.
- Heavy Industrial work experience preferred
- Experience with projects $50M or above
- Design-Build experience a plus

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Primavera.

- High School diploma or GED required.
- Degree in Construction Management and/or engineering preferred.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
- The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments. May have to walk up flights of stairs, uneven surfaces, or climb a ladder.
