Job Description
-You will be accountable for managing day to day tasks on items within your area of responsibility. Responsible for identification and closure of technical issues. Meets/Exceeds all technical commitments made to the programs. Ensures requirements baseline in documents, tracked, maintained, and verified. Ensures establishment and tracking of key Technical Performance Measures (TPM). Aides in the timely and accurate projections of engineering resource requirements.
-You will work with Lead / Control Account Manager (CAM) to ensure long term planning goals are met. Works closely with first and second line functional leaders to identify and secure appropriate staffing, coordinates with the Program Management (PM) office and first line managers on proposed engineering staffing changes prior to changes. Work to ensure organizational standard processes are adapted, approved and followed. Leverages proven processes, lessons learned, and best practices from other parts of business or industry.
-You will present status of your projects / area of responsibility to Project Managers, Program Managers and Executive Leadership as required.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- 3 years of professional experience
- You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Desired skills
- Experience with / knowledge of FBM CMC
- Experience with FBM Procurement
- Experience coordinating the development of LMS leadership briefings
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills.
- Experience leading and motivating a team or group of individuals in a project or project-like environment.
- Possess effective relationship-building skills with peers, leadership and suppliers

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
