Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in our

You will support and lead a variety of civil and transportation projects across the Northwest Territories and Canada's North, while developing a meaningful career path in technical leadership, project management, client engagement or a blend tailored to your strengths and interests. What you'll do:- Act as Project Engineer and/or Project Manager for civil and transportation infrastructure projects throughout the NWT.
- Contribute to the planning, design, and technical delivery of civil engineering projects for a wide range of clients.
- Maintain strong communication and client relationships, ensuring expectations are aligned and service goals are met.
- Lead project teams in preparing technical reports, designs, and construction services, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
- Support proposal preparation, business development, and marketing efforts within the business area.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager, NWT on business planning, staffing strategies, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the group.
Does this sound like you?- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with NAPEG.
- 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in civil and/or transportation engineering within a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Canada.
- Comfortable working in remote and northern environments.
- Proven ability to manage clients and build long-term relationships.
