As a Project Engineer at Boldt, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across a variety of markets, including healthcare, industrial, power and energy, commercial, education, and mission-critical facilities. Working alongside project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and clients, you'll help manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, budgeting, quality control, and jobsite documentation. The anticipated salary range for a position like this would be $84,000-$107,000. annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Compensation Target Hiring Range: $66,000 - $84,000 annually Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $$66,000 - $84,000 annually; compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
