What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with a crossfunctional team of experts, including Project, Design, Structures, Aero, Systems, Manufacturing, Quality, and Industrial Engineering
- Partner closely with the Engineering Support to Operations (ESTO) organization to ensure seamless integration between engineering and manufacturing, driving efficiency and innovation in production processes
- Resolve manufacturing challenges and address producibility issues with part producers and suppliers to ensure ontime delivery of spare parts and hardware that supports fleet sustainment and schedule requirements
- Plan, acquire, and manage budgets for Integrated Product Team (IPT) tasks, applying core Project Engineering skills such as task planning, tracking, and earned value management (EVMS)
- Communicate with internal and external customers, providing clear, timely updates on task status and technical content to the IPT and Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT)
- Interface directly with engineering management, program management, suppliers, and customers to drive execution and achieve program objectives
- Gain exposure to project management frameworks, including Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall
- Travel up to 10% to supplier locations supporting F119 spares production
- This position requires regular walking and standing while working on the manufacturing floor, with the ability to move through production areas safely

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant engineering experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage and execute multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in AGILE, Confluence, Jira, and SAP
- Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)

What We Offer
Compression Systems Engineering (CSE)
Compression Systems Engineering is responsible for the design, development, and in service support of all fans low-pressure and high-pressure compressors for commercial and military engine models. CSE is responsible for the identification and maturation of new technologies for these products.
Technical disciplines in CSE include Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, and Product Definition.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
