  • Lead and coordinate multiple project teams across concurrent assignments, ensuring technical quality and consistency.
  • Participate in design meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct or support field-based activities such as construction coordination, site inspections, and project reviews with clients.
  • Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables; assist in preparing proposals and supporting contract negotiations.
  • Support and collaborate with senior leadership to foster and grow strong client relationships throughout the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering/science discipline.
  • 5+ years of design engineering experience, particularly on municipal, utility, and infrastructure projects in Central Texas.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas.
  • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
