We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer - Mechanical - QC/W to support and coordinate construction activities on a complex multi-building GMP compliant pharma project. This role involves assisting the construction management team in planning, execution, and oversight of daily operations to ensure project milestones are met safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Support the Construction Manager in overseeing daily construction operations and subcontractor activities.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation to maintain project timelines.
  • Assist in managing documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Monitor quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols and participate in safety audits and toolbox talks.
  • Track material deliveries and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of resources.
  • Facilitate communication between field teams, contractors, and project managers.
  • Identify and escalate issues that may impact project timelines or quality, and assist in developing solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical facility systems (e.g., HVAC, process piping, electrical distribution).
