Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules including coordination of on-site and in-shop teams.
• Assist with training programs to ensure staff competency.
• Review, correct, and maintain job reports for accuracy.
• Create and update essential databases and personnel records.
• Schedule and support customer job requirements, including training and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with other divisions to manage project needs effectively.
• Facilitate pre-job meetings which may require travel to job sites.
