Description
  • Supporting the execution of new work to deliver superior solutions to our customers.
  • Leading multidisciplinary engineering and production teams to successfully meet requirements within budget and on schedule.
  • Supporting solutions architecture and detailed design efforts.
  • Using experience and expertise to promote and capture new opportunities and supporting bid and proposal technical writing and task duration estimation.


Position Requirements
  • Degree: Bachelors in Engineering or Technical Discipline
  • Years of Experience: 6+ years
  • The qualified candidate must have experience in all areas of the design cycle. Bid and proposal support is preferred. This includes but not limited to the following:
    • Demonstrated track record supporting design solutions for various Department of Defense (DoD) and Other Government Agencies (OGAs) requirements.
    • Previous experience leading a technical team, demonstrating strong organization skills and technical proficiency.
    • Possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and the ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, managers, and peers within company and customers.
    • Proven experience in developing and documenting proposed architectures for highly complex DoD and OGA requirements.
    • Demonstrated success in creating/maintaining relationships with senior internal and external business leaders and customers.
    • Experience with forming winning industry partnerships based on analysis of solution requirements, customer knowledge, and JFTI internal capabilities.


Salary Range
140K-175K and will be commensurate with experience
