Full Job Description
Position offers a starting salary range of $86,000 to 100,000USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
• Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing an engineering-based project
• Prepares designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc.
• Monitors progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
• Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources necessary to complete the project
• May include preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors

Basic Required Skills & Experience
• Coordinate PAR projects including running a cross-functional core team
• Ability to use cPlace to plan, manage, and document project status
• Communication skills to present to management project updates and challenges
• Facilitate project level budget planning and updates

Knowledge You Should Bring
• Requires a Bachelors Degree with to 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Requires working knowledge and expanded professional experience in job field
• Requires understanding of key business drivers
• Works independently within guidelines and policies to solve problems of moderate complexity
• Provides informal guidance to new team members
• May lead projects or processes as required
