Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience favored, with recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• 0-5 years of experience in land development, ideal for entry-level candidates.
• Engineering in Training (EIT) certification or intent to sit for the exam preferred.
• General proficiency in computers and software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam is preferred; familiarity with Agtek, Hydrology/Hydraulic Software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Lead and engineering team in assigned tasks.
• Develop civil design plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D based on sketches, including grading and drainage.
• Exercise engineering judgment and know when to seek help or perform independent research.
• Manage personal project time effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Create accurate designs for construction-ready commercial and residential projects.
• Design grading, drainage, and stormwater systems with limited oversight.
• Conduct civil engineering calculations and generate necessary reports.
