Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Management required.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations essential.
• Must possess big-picture thinking and vision.
• Experience in multitasking and managing various project elements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in leadership, communication, organization, attention to detail, troubleshooting, planning, budgeting, time management, negotiating, risk management, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules for on-site and in-shop employees.
• Assist with the development and execution of training programs.
• Review and correct job reports to ensure accuracy.
• Create and update personnel and project databases and records.
• Coordinate customer job requirements including drug testing and training schedules.
• Collaborate with other divisions within the STL facility to meet operational needs.
• Attend pre-job meetings and travel to project sites as needed.
• Support team members on the shop floor when required.
