Join our team as a Project Engineer/Sr. Project Engineer, where you'll play a hands-on role in delivering innovative engineering solutions that support critical gas infrastructure. In this role, you'll work on gas distribution and gas transmission systems with a focus on gas facility design, including pressure regulator stations, gas metering, line heaters, odorant injection, liquid separators, automated valves, monitoring alarms and instrumentation. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams while continuing to build your technical expertise in an environment that values learning, innovation, and teamwork. Size, specify and select engineered equipment from OEM suppliers and integrate into a comprehensive design package tailored to meet client specifications and industry standards.
As a Project Engineer, you'll take ownership of projects from initiation through construction and in-servicing support. You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, define requirements, and develop optimized engineering solutions. You'll guide the progressive design process, developing issued-for-review (IFR) and issued-for-bid (IFB) packages while incorporating stakeholder feedback along the way. You'll be responsible for providing quality oversight in compliance with ENTRUST ISO 9001 procedures and collaborating with CAD design teams to translate concepts into detailed, high-quality engineering drawings.
This is an interactive, client-facing role where you'll stay engaged through regular meetings, field site visits, calls, and ongoing communication, while also supporting construction kickoff and execution and occasionally visiting job sites. With a hybrid schedule that includes time working in our Englewood office, this role is ideal for engineers who enjoy both technical design work and seeing their projects come to life in the real world.
