Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in mechanical commissioning, preferably in data centers
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems including cooling, heating, plumbing, and building management systems
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary projects effectively
• Experience in developing commissioning plans and conducting functional tests
• Ability to interpret technical documents like design criteria, specifications, and drawings
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients, contractors, and team members
• Familiarity with quality management and documentation practices in commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Act as a commissioning agent for mechanical systems on-site, ensuring testing is documented accurately.
• Manage and execute commissioning projects, including gathering specifications and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Review and validate design documents and equipment submissions pertinent to the commissioning process.
• Develop and administer functional tests for various mechanical systems, ensuring performance meets requirements.
• Assemble necessary documentation and reports from clients, vendors, and contractors to support commissioning efforts.
• Lead commissioning meetings and provide detailed progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Interface with all parties involved in the project to ensure seamless execution of commissioning tasks.
