  • GSE Technical Oversight (Electrical & Mechanical):
    • Manage software and hardware updates for all program GSE to ensure equipment remains serviceable and compliant with safety, security and ITS requirements.
    • Support the procurement of strategic spare GSE hardware to mitigate risks of failure during testing execution and manage proactive hardware replacements.
    • Coordinate hardware maintenance and upgrades (e.g., UPS battery replacements, mechanical wear-and-tear repairs).
    • Collaborate with production and AI&T teams to ensure all Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) are mission-ready, including reviewing/inspecting equipment prior to use for testing.
    • Facilitate the proof loading, certification, and calibration of all GSE prior to use.
  • Information Assurance (IA) & Security Coordination:
    • Partner with program IA to secure approvals for all hardware and software used in sensitive areas.
    • Develop and establish Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for the ingress and egress of hardware requiring calibration or external use from sensitive areas.
  • Organizational Integration: Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, Strategic Business Units (SBU), Strategic Capabilities Units (SCU), and the Company to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
