Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects apart from team leadership. Duties generally include budgets, procurement, technical writing, and supply chain management. Provides single point of contact for project.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, IT support, and client services.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
- Provides project management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting, financial tracking, cost projection, inventory management, and support.
- Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols and other technical documentation.
- Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, clients, and other departments involved in the project.
- May be responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals.
- May serve as the primary or assistant technical and management representative for the company, customer, and senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Master's Degree preferred
- PMP, or CAPM preferred
- 5-10 years of experience working on projects/programs supporting Government Contracts

- Excellent organizational and task management skills. Must demonstrate the ability to work under strict deadlines
- Experience interfacing with government customers to understand, interpret, and analyze requirements. Experience working on government contracts is strongly desired
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. Must exhibit excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must be capable of working in an environment that is demanding, sometimes stressful and requires independent thinking with minimal direct oversight by senior management
- Must have strong MS Office, to include Project and SharePoint, skills
- Experience with CMMI/AIMM processes and standards
