- AV industry knowledge and experience preferred
Additional Considerations:
- This is a hands-on role in a small team. You are expected to contribute, not observe.
- You must be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting as needed.
- If you prefer highly structured environments with clearly defined boundaries for every task, this role will not be a fit.
- If you take pride in creating clarity where it does not exist and helping others succeed, you will thrive here.
This position is for a remote worker. Control Concepts operates as a distributed team with headquarters in NJ and team members across the U.S. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and operate with minimal oversight while contributing to a collaborative, close-knit team aligned to an East Coast schedule.
