The Customer Service Project Coordinator is responsible for the safe and efficient installation and removal of Linde's equipment, located at Linde's customer's sites throughout the Region.
What you will enjoy doing* - You will take responsibility for the safe and efficient installation and removal of Linde's equipment at customer sites across the region
- Scheduling people and operations within a Union environment will be part of your role to ensure smooth coordination
- You shall plan projects and allocate resources, collaborating with remote teams to meet deadlines
- Managing the financial aspects of projects, including forecasting and reporting on revenue and costs, will be your responsibility
- Working closely with sales personnel on pre-sales tasks will help secure successful contractual agreements
- Completing reports to track project progress and keeping stakeholders informed is essential
- You will work with management and clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate services, including making site visits when necessary
- Attending client project meetings as required will keep you aligned with customer expectations
- Building and maintaining relationships with repeat customers will support ongoing sales growth
- Managing project tasks alongside maintenance activities will ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
What makes you great* - You'll need a degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with some industry experience
- Having around three years in a similar role with project management responsibilities really helps
- It's important to understand financial methods and systems related to managing projects
- Managing your time well and juggling multiple priorities will be key to success
- You should be comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders to get things done smoothly
- Knowing construction methods, materials, and staying up to date with industry changes will keep you ahead
- Being able to read and understand engineering drawings, tenders, and contract documents is part of the job
- Strong problem-solving skills will help you tackle challenges as they come up
- You'll use tools like email, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Project to keep everyone informed and organized
- Safety is a priority, so you'll be expected to promote and follow safety policies while working with others
This is an existing position with a starting salary of $100,000/year.
