Full Job Description
Meta is seeking a Project Manager, Programmatic Initiatives (National Team) to join the Office of the President. In this role, you will drive end-to-end project execution across three strategic portfolios: America's Workforce Academy, Meta Small Business, and Veterans initiatives. You will manage workstreams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, produce compelling communications and program materials, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and at scale. The ideal candidate brings strong project coordination skills, communications expertise, stakeholder engagement experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. Responsibilities

Program Execution: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of programmatic initiatives - from scoping and planning through execution and measurement - ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines across America's Workforce Academy, Meta Small Business, and Veterans portfolios.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a connective node between internal teams (Product, Engineering, Policy, Communications, Legal, Finance) and external partners to drive alignment and execution.
• Communications & Content Development: Produce high-quality program materials including press releases, briefs, talking points, newsletters, stakeholder updates, and impact narratives that elevate program visibility and support executive decision-making.
• Partnership Support: Support the development and management of external partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, veteran-serving organizations, and small business stakeholders.
• Event & Convening Coordination: Coordinate logistics, content development, and follow-through for national convenings, roundtables, stakeholder engagements, and community events.
• Coalition Building & Grassroots Engagement: Support outreach strategies to build coalitions of partners, participants, and advocates across workforce, small business, and veteran communities.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting cadences to surface progress, risks, and insights to leadership.
• Media & Earned Opportunities: Research and pursue earned media opportunities to amplify program impact and participant success stories.
• Operational Excellence: Contribute to the development of playbooks, toolkits, and repeatable processes that enable scalable program delivery across regions.
• Budget & Vendor Coordination: Support budget management, vendor relationships, and grant coordination to ensure efficient program delivery.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities from initiation through completion
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling materials (briefs, talking points, press releases, newsletters)
• Experience coordinating events, stakeholder engagements, or multi-party initiatives
• Experience interacting with senior leadership, government officials, or high-profile external stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools and practices (e.g., Google Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms)

Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Master's degree in communications, public policy, public interest, or related field
• Experience in government affairs, coalition building, or grassroots campaign coordination
• Background in workforce development, economic development, or community impact programs
• Experience coordinating federal grant applications or managing program budgets
• Experience with media relations, earned media strategy, or brand communications
• Familiarity with stakeholder mapping and engagement across government, nonprofit, and private sector partners
• Experience with marketing strategy, content creation, and analytics reporting
• Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve program effectiveness
