This position reports to:Service Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects throughout the assigned territory of the US South. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.
This position is open to remote candidates located in the US (preferably within the Eastern or Central Time Zones to best accommodate assigned territory). #LI-Remote
Key Responsibilities:- Management of upwards of 100+ smaller scale projects, typically ranging anywhere from $5K - 10K - 15K.
- Leading the project team allocated to the project.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
Qualifications for the role:- Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) or relevant equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in either engineering, project management, technical sales or related (Project Management experience in the electrical industry preferred.)
- Enhanced knowledge of Excel, Word. SAP Experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record managing multiple tasks during the course the day and working in a highly productive/organized manner.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $68,600 and $109,760 annually.
