Job Title: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Primary POC to the JNWC Director and Division Leadership for all support programs to include but not limited to task management, DDR, LeaveWeb, updates via MilPDS, PROA, tracking/execution of military evals in myEval, CMS case management, military personnel awards via myDec, myFSS, various roster management in BLSDM, TMT Tasker Management for various S4S awards; assists in oversight of organization manpower resource requirements.
  • Provide oversight and troubleshooting for the organization's travel and logistics operations, acting as a primary coordinator for the Defense Travel System (DTS) and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) programs.
  • Supports the analysis and development of strategy, policy and doctrine to support JNWC efforts;
  • Routinely coordinates with the PNT S&T community of interest (CoI) to include OUSD/R&E, Joint StaffJ7/J8, OUSD/DOT&E, Army PEO PNT, laboratories, academia, civil and commercial entities;
  • Provides input to JNWC strategic plans for future growth, organization and processes;
  • Provides support to the creation of mid-long term military PNT capability, analysis, and identification of S&T technology in support of JNWC modernization efforts and enhanced mission capability;
  • Provides support to PNT initial document construction and data collection.
  • Prepares, routes, and reviews all documents as required for JNWC assessments
  • Support Operational Capability Demonstrations (ODCs), to include analysis of emerging and relevant NAVWAR technologies and preparation of assessments


Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Experience serving as primary coordinator for the Defense Travel System (DTS) and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) programs.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with program operations with a government contractor.
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints with little to no oversight.
  • Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.
