Full Job Description
Peoples Gas Light & Coke Co, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Project Controls Supervisor in our Chicago, Illinois location. This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time spent in the office.

Job Summary

The Project Controls Supervisor - Reporting establishes and enforces rigorous quality controls across all team deliverables, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role ensures that information is translated into flawless, audit-ready executive reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies. This role is responsible for leading a team of analysts providing guidance and implementing best practices.

Job Responsibilities
• Ensures quality controls over deliverables, metrics and KPIs.
• Oversee reporting, metrics and KPIs for the Pipe Retirement Program, providing work direction to team members while also performing own responsibilities
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of business analysts, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Mentor team members and facilitate their professional development
• Ensure quality of deliverables to executive leadership, procedures, and guidelines are maintained, standardized, and consistently adhered to
• Develop, maintain, coordinate, and review various metrics, dashboards, reports and deliverables used to evaluate and measure schedule, project, and program performance
• Lead and participate in initiatives for process improvement
• Support recruiting/hiring process as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years supporting project lifecycle and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferred Engineering, Business, or Construction Management disciplines


Preferred Qualifications
• Proficient in a diverse suite of reporting and analytics tools, including Microsoft Office and Power BI
• Previous leadership experience a plus
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale construction programs
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Pay Range Minimum: $104,083.72

Pay Range Maximum: $156,125.32

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
