Full Job Description
Project Controls Scheduler to join Ameresco's Federal Solutions Team supporting projects throughout the United States. This position is based in Knoxville, TN, yet we may consider a remote work assignment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.
  • Resource and cost loads schedules when required.
  • Provide monthly schedule updates for all projects.
  • Report status of schedule to project staff and company management.
  • Provide project controls expertise and management of project controls processes.
  • Prepares progress reports on project status, both costs and schedule.
  • Assist with internal cost reporting and forecasting.
  • Assist in reviewing and preparing change orders, maintain change order logs.
  • Assist in the subcontractor bidding process.
  • Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, regulatory and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Perform other duties as required.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in scheduling and cost controls.
  • Ability to review confidential US security information.


Additional Qualifications:
  • Completion or progress toward engineering, technical, or industry-related education preferred.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling for general construction projects and understands construction sequencing and logic preferred.
  • Government construction experience preferred.
  • Renewable Energy construction scheduling experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete assignments
  • Excellent organization skills including ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, computer communication and technical presentation skills.
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
  • May require flexibility for 'on call' support or varied schedule needs.
