Full Job Description
We're adding to our team! We are seeking a Project Controls to support the documentation and reporting aspects of our engineering projects.

You will:
  • Assist Project Managers to monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate project planning and reporting.
  • Interact with customers and vendor personnel to assure project progress to meet customer requirements.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and associated costs.
  • Prepare invoices, verify details for accuracy, and deliver to the customer.
  • Identify and flag variances in project budgets and schedules.
  • Support risk and opportunity analysis related to project financials.
  • Follow and coordinate established or informal standard operating procedures and guidelines for Mission Critical business team.
  • Support development of project estimates to verify accuracy and maintain data integrity.
  • Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.

You have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business or technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Travel Expectations: 25-30%

Salary: $90,000-$120,000
