What You Will Do:
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and executive reports.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables across technical teams.
  • Support change management governance, CAB activities, and documentation compliance.
  • Analyze performance, cost, security, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance evidence repositories and reporting artifacts.


What You Will Need:
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • US Citizenship is contractually required.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of THREE (3)+ years of overall work experience.
  • Experience in governance, PMO, reporting, or operational analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Experience supporting federal IT programs or operations.


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Experience supporting AWS or cloud-based programs.
  • Knowledge of Agile metrics, SRE metrics, and DevOps reporting.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and workflow automation.
  • Experience supporting FISMA or federal compliance initiatives.


The annual salary range for this position is $61,000.00-$101,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
