Project Controls Coordinator (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services Inc.; Chicago, IL): Coordinate submittals, project estimates, schedules, and workflows for engineering projects. Support procurement, portals, and communications throughout bid process. Support change management during the contract lifecycle of engineering projects. Prepare, distribute, and compile weekly workflow status reports. Prepare monthly program reporting for distribution to program leadership and stakeholders. Evaluate cost controls and manage budgeting and document processes for engineering projects. Participate in construction bid process and support Project Management Information System (PMIS) administration. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). Salary is $118,581 per year. Individuals in this position may be paid a discretionary bonus. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, & work location. #LI-DNI #GTM

Qualifications

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Construction bid management; and Cost estimation and project controls for engineering projects.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Trimble Unity Construct (TUC).

Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days a week.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 10%.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
