Full Job Description
We are seeking a Project Control Specialist to support our ongoing mission with the Department of Energy in Las Vegas, NV.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform project controls support services to the U.S. Department of Energy, Environmental Management (EM) Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Office of Technical Support and Asset Management (OTSAM).
  • Provide scheduling support, and have proficiency with software tools such as:
    • Primavera and Microsoft Project, and the application of various schedule management techniques such as Critical Path analysis, and risk analysis software
  • Develop and implement project management and control systems
  • Help develop/review Critical Decision (CD) documentation such as Project Execution Plans, Risk Management Plans, Schedules, Project Closeout Reports, and Lessons Learned Reports
  • Provide project support to DOE to assist with project management and EM programmatic oversight including, but not limited to, project peer reviews, budget formulation, environmental liability estimation, site transition planning, Earned Value Management System analysis, and performance
