Responsibilities & QualificationsWe are seeking Project Control Specialist - Secure Warehouse / COMSEC Logistics for the COMSEC IT Services contract.
The Project Control Specialist will support secure warehouse, logistics, shipment tracking, inventory accountability, and COMSEC material-control functions. This position requires hands-on warehouse capability combined with significant COMSEC and KMI experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Experience operating forklifts.
- Experience updating shipment data through Warehouse Management Systems.
- 5+ years of COMSEC expertise in secure communications and controlled-accountability systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience handling Controlled Cryptographic Items.
Experience with COMSEC warehouse operations.
Experience with CARDS, iApp, WMS, or similar accountability platforms.
Familiarity with secure shipment and destruction procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, inspect, store, issue, and track COMSEC materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate warehouse and accountability records.
Update shipment information in Warehouse Management Systems.
Support inventory reconciliation and cycle-count activities.
Support annual physical inventories.
Maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
Prepare materials and equipment for authorized shipment.
Operate forklifts and other approved material-handling equipment.
Support secure handling and movement of sensitive and controlled items.
Support demilitarization, destruction, disposition, and end-of-life processing as directed.
Ensure shipment and inventory records remain complete, accurate, and auditable.
Coordinate warehouse activities with COMSEC custodians, KMI personnel, logistics teams, and Government staff.
Maintain strong physical-security and accountability practices.

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $105,000 - $165,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
