Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Control Specialist to join our team! The Project Control Specialist will support the team by reviewing project documentation, assisting with billing support activities, and ensuring required documentation is complete and accurate before customer invoices are submitted.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Review project documentation to verify completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining project records and supporting documentation.
  • Perform document quality checks and identify missing or incomplete information.
  • Update spreadsheets and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with administrative and project control tasks as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with Project Controllers and other business support teams to meet deadlines.

This position is part of our Corporate team.

Salary Range: $30.58 - $53.51
