As a Project Control Officer (PCO) at CGI, you'll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of client projects. Working closely with hiring managers, clients, vendors, and delivery teams, you'll help coordinate project operations, manage financial and administrative activities, maintain project documentation, and ensure governance processes are followed. Your future duties and responsibilities:

.Coordinate communication between the project team, client, and subcontractors.
.Support project financials, including billing, invoicing, WIP resolution, and accounts receivable tracking.
.Ensure timesheet compliance by collecting approved client timesheets.
.Provide administrative support to project management and share status updates as needed.
.Maintain project documentation, records, contracts, reports, and KPI data; investigate any discrepancies.
.Manage change requests and update project information across shared files and tools.
.Organize project status meetings and prepare monthly project summaries.
.Process client contracts, task authorizations, POs, SOWs, and amendments.
.Prepare subcontractor agreements, coordinate payments, and resolve related issues.
.Address vendor invoice exceptions and assist in resolving discrepancies.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

.2 5 years of experience in managing client billing processes
.Proven ability to support project accounting and forecasting
.Proficient in handling accounts receivable functions
.Adept at budgeting and providing full financial project management support
.Demonstrated strength in opportunity management and business engineering support
.Strong track record in coordinating project teams and overseeing administrative activities
.Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel
.Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
.Able to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
.Works well independently and within a team environment
.A completed college diploma or university degree.

Assets
.A degree or diploma in accounting or other financial related degree
.Previous RFP/proposal development experience estimating financial
.Bilingual (French and English)

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000-$110,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
