MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Program Control Analyst to join our vehicle sustainment team. This is a
remote opportunity. The selected candidate will provide accounting and administrative support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Apply in-depth knowledge, conceptual and practical expertise in your own area, and general knowledge of related areas to fulfill role requirements.
- Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
- Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions and exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Work independently with minimal guidance, operating within broad guidelines and policies.
- Act as a resource, guide, and mentor for team members and colleagues with less experience.
- Leverage knowledge of how your own area integrates with others, while maintaining awareness of the competition and factors that differentiate the company in the market.

Minimum Qualifications:- Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.
- 9+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field (OR) 12+ years of experience and an associate's degree in a related field (OR) 15+ years of qualified experience.
- Demonstrated experience with General Services Administration (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) accounting, billing, and financial reporting.
- Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s).
- Provides on-site project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit.
- Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration.
- Maintains contract budgets, prepares contract billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.
- Oversees personnel records, facility administration and purchases equipment and supplies.
- Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Clearance Requirements:- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting.
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
The projected compensation range for this position is $80,300.00-$133,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
