Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Assist project leadership with the coordination and administration of major commercial design, construction, expansion, renovation, and related projects.
Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, materials, documentation, and project management tools to meet quality, cost, reliability, and timing objectives.
Coordinate project activities, meetings, personnel, materials, equipment, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist with maintaining project schedules, requirements, risks, action items, modifications, and other project tracking tools.
Coordinate project reviews, meetings, and related documentation and follow-up activities.
Prepare project status reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other communications; track variances and action items for follow-up.
Support communication and coordination among project team members, management, clients, and other stakeholders.
Assist with identifying project resource and skill requirements and utilize approved project management processes and tools to support project execution.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
Basic knowledge of project management plan development, implementation and administration including knowledge of processes, procedures and tools.
Excellent knowledge of PC-based applications.
Good communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
Good problem identification and problem resolution skills with emphasis on 'root cause' analysis.
Ability to collect, interpret, and present data clearly and accurately to support decision-making.
Total Rewards Package
Salary: $80,169 - $95,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
