A position you'll love:- You'll be responsible for QA/QC for a valued Retail client; including overall construction documentation review and approval and signing and sealing of documents.
- You will have primary client relationship duties.
- Your efforts will have a direct impact on the growth of the account.
- Your focus will be on architectural design and coordination with engineering disciplines.
- You will be working with a team to produce and execute extraordinary work.
- You'll be responsible for client interaction, consultant coordination and quality assurance & control.
- Your work will include a variety of tasks including design, production, and construction administration responsibilities.
- You'll help mentor and grow more junior level staff.
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
- An Architectural license is required.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in architecture.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong understanding of architectural detailing and code knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of external detailing.
- Great attention to detail and service to clients.
- Strong organization, communication and presentation skills are a must.
- Proficiency and ability to draw in Revit is required.
- Strong commitment to sustainable design and elevating project performance.
