Full Job Description
The Project and Operations Manager is responsible for driving visibility, coordination, and accountability across CLEAR's airport infrastructure portfolio. This role serves as the central point of control for all development initiatives, ensuring projects are tracked, prioritized, and delivered effectively across assigned stations.

What you'll do:
  • Own portfolio-wide tracking of all infrastructure and real estate projects across assigned airport stations, ensuring clear visibility into timelines, budgets, and status for launches, expansion, and priority initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the Leasehold Improvement Request (LIR) pipeline, driving prioritization and alignment across leadership on capital investments and project sequencing
  • Establish and enforce program management standards, including reporting cadences, milestone tracking, and risk identification
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Real Estate & Development, Facilities Operations, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure projects stay on track
  • Act as the central point of accountability for project reporting and performance, proactively identifying risks, resolving blockers, and escalating issues as needed

How you'll measure success:
  • Accuracy and timeliness of portfolio reporting across all active projects
  • On-time delivery of projects through effective tracking, prioritization, and escalation
  • Visibility and alignment across stakeholders on project status, risks, and priorities
  • Effectiveness of LIR management and capital planning coordination

What you're great at:
  • Managing complex programs with multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
  • Building structure and clarity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Driving accountability without direct authority across cross-functional teams
  • Analyzing data and translating it into actionable insights and priorities
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

How You'll be Rewarded:
